Prepare for OpenID - Microsoft connection

Open Nikola Balog requested to merge Demonkey/erp5:nikola_username into master_w
  • Update the UIs so that the correct name is shown to be logged in
  • Update erp5_openid_connect_client_login to work with both the old and new UI
