Jabber Delete and Appcache
Adds in an appcache which atm only allows for speeding up requests (no offline usage), also adds ability to delete contacts. Other updates include CSS changes and multiline messages.
When a contact is deleted, the buddylist is not updated to reflect this change. The contact will only appear NOT in your list upon relogging.
I'm not exactly sure what happened with jabber_gadget_jabberclient_appcache.xml, I was trying to clean up my commits and make a new one and I guess I screwed things up a bit. I can make another commit in attempts to fix this, but IMO that would only make the log messier.
