Split movement group must split
This commit is around for several years on VIFIB/Rapid.Space.
This movement group isn't used widely, the only occurrence is on Task Report Builder. I am pushing this just to have code fixed in general, like it was highlight by the comment that was supposed to be broken (or missused)
