Update monitoring app storage
Based on jio work made in: https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/jio/-/merge_requests/116
- Make replicate opml storage repair method to fetch remote slapos master
- Extend storage capacities
- Use union of masters
- Move/adapt all data manipulation from app to jio storage side
