update transforms, mimetypes registry, contribution registry, product hacks (OOo)

• hack to handle y formats in OOoDocument ;
• add mimetypes to registry (MERGED) ;
• add every transforms to erp5_core (MERGED) ;
• use every transforms in "Export" action (MERGED) ;
• remove from erp5_core but add contribution registry entries in base, dms, web, web_ung_core (MERGED) ;
• add action "Convert To..." to Documents in base, dms, web, web_ung_core.
