Support request module second stage

• Add a fast input dialog to let customer create Support Request in a fast way. Then redirect user to a new view which only contains several key properties. These properties were filled automatically based on user itself and the project he selected.
• create a post system to let the user let comment under the support request. Customer can discuss with developer and get feedback through it.
