Make memcached/cloudooo work out-of-the-box under SlapOS

Now that we have name resolution via userhosts, I find the alarms in erp5_promise a little overkill. Existing instances probably don't want to have such objects updated because they should be already properly configured, so I added some of them to bt/template_keep_path_list. Maybe I should add default_site_preference as well.
