Scalability test infrastructure
This merge contains the following changes for scalability tests:
- bootstrap for erp5 site and users creation.
- resolution of frontend of requested instances
- refactoring in scalability benchmark tool
- general refactoring, code cleanup and merging with last changes in testnode and taskdistribution.
- scalability runner and slapos communicator handle frontend request
