Update Calendar when Calendar Exception is Modifed
When the user add, modify or remove a Calendar Exception, related Group Calendar Assignments should be updated.
This is a continuation of !261 (closed) implementing also the suggestions from https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/erp5/commit/1fa900341c4a1e31d0393f41a50644ebc565481c#note_17234
