Change macro names.

Use SSL certificate and key instead of Wendelin username and password.

First working wendelin plugin version.

This tag is created so that there is a release with an associated downloadable tarball of the project.

This is useful for building packages from buildout files with OBS because the tarball can be stored into download-cache. This functionality is currently not supported by the gitclone recipe, which causes every compilation using "git clone" to download sources from the internet to fail in OBS' building environment.
