Fix shebangs before Fedora's shebang mangling
I tested this on "home:VIFIBnexedi:branches:home:VIFIBnexedi" of OBS, it fixes Fedora < 35, and doesn't change anything for CentOS / RHEL (which are broken anyway for another unrelated reason) @jm
