Security Update Organisation/Project
Update security for Organisation and add security for Project.
The user should be now able to include Sites and Projects, like he can include Computer Networks.
Instances and Computers will be able associated to Organisation and Projects using simulation.
This MR also update a bit the XML and do minor updates.
