Set Upgrade scope "auto" by default

All compute nodes are created with upgrade_scope as auto (even personal ones) and the user should proper disable later via UI.

While change the allocation_scope it won't change the upgrade_scope anymore. This were a shortcut to stimulate the usage of automatic upgrades when the computer were published, but it isn't required anymore.
