Improve parameter capabilities to display read-only information.
The goal is to:

Make software type field read only when you cannot edit it -
Support editable/non-editable mode (read only on the form itself).
Most of the work is to support editable parameter across the field and not make a perfect form rendering (this might come with the new editor under work with new API).
