It includes:
- Refactor the alarms for ticket creation to be project based
- Reimplement Error verification into *_getReportedErrorDict, so we can reuse the checks
- Reimplement "SupportRequest_recheckMonitoring" to be consistent with the alarms
- Merge alarms into one and reduce amount of activities spawn
- Clean up views and reports related to monitoring that has no point in exist anymore
- Update all tests related to the changes
