tests: Drop testSlapOSUpgradeInstanceWithOldDataFs
Despite been a nice to have, this test dont exactly works on automated tests and it was always skipped.
We do have constraints for post upgrade so it the tested problems occurs it will be detected while testing the upgrade.
This allow us fix converage report and drop git clone of slapos-bin on the software release (saving +400MB)
