signature-certificate-file is not read from SlapOS configuration file anymore but is an optional argument. By default, we simply print the certificate on stdout so that people don't forget to add this certificate to the list of certificates. Thus we will remove forever the signature-certificate-file from the SlapOS configuration file as it is really not needed for automatic operations.
Also allow common-name from the command line.
