add option in is-process-older-than-dependency-set to kill the process if older than dependency set.
I would like to push these changes hoping zope can be watched by the supervisor.
Indeed, I have to find a way to restart the zopes if this promise is failing. From the zope partition, the promise may kill the process so that the supervisor may restart it automatically.
