A desire to simplify URL edge monitor. Shared instances seem overkill and require very complex configuration.
Outcomes:
- user can simply add monitor instance and configure it to monitor some URLs
- user can add monitor instance with region configuration and in-place setup complex URL monitoring per region
The new software type edgetest-basic shall be enough to cover even complex scenarios for various regions and classes (like speed requirements), by creating more than one instance for each case.
