Integrate new promises in Theia
This merge request refers to https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/slapos.toolbox/merge_requests/99 on slapos.toolbox and https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/slapos/merge_requests/1037 on slapos. The promises are described in the MR on slapos.toolbox.
Instead of adding new promises and librairies on stack/monitor, we just change theia.
If you instantiate a theia without parameters, it will not use the monitor_partition_space promise. Moreover, check_free_disk_space will display the three biggest partitions on the machine if the remaining storage space is smaller than the threshold. ARIMA is not used.
You can change some parameters:

display-partition: display the three biggest partitions in
check_free_disk_space, by default is 1 -
display-anomaly: use
monitor_partition_space, by default is 0
