WIP:component/open62541: compile full ua namespace
- Compile Full namespace from the official XML definitions
- Compile as a shared library
- Use pack branch provided by open62541 instead of Github otherwise compilation for Full namespace fails (see https://open62541.org/doc/current/installing.html#pack-branches)
