Use upgraded version of Replication Manager component which fix rolling restart, backup and improve stability.
After a cluster is deployed, it's now possible to create databases by requesting slave instances. Destroying a slave will also destroy attached database.
Access to mariadb and proxysql is now secure with caucase generated certificate, repman instance also use ssl (caucase certificates) to communicate with databases.
Switch to mariadb 10.04 because repman is unstable with previous version witch cause from time to time a crash of mariadb.
TODO: make backup per database and not only the full dump of all databases.
