WIP: Feature/version up 202110 complex postponed

Postponed parts of https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/slapos/merge_requests/1069 because:

• component/liburing upgraded does not work on Debian 9 still used
• component/glib is hard, as it would require update of many packages, including their build process
