UE type works with remote UE (lterue).
Set IPv6 of remote UE as rue_addr and bind itself (bind_addr) on rue.cfg.
Launch sudo ../lterue rue.cfg in ue/config/ to have ue-ifup in the same directory. (use the latest version!)
com_addr (IPv6) is used for API.
