WIP: slapos-master: Drop all custom changes and rely only on erp5 implementation

This is a simple clean up and to re-implement certain features.

The 2 to be included are differences:

• Extra business template (slapos_configurator) to the initial list of BT5
• Support for SSL Authentication by providing CA/CRL to Haproxy (among other things)
