WIP: software/ipython_notebook: Update software and instance.cfg to include renderjs-extension

These two commits add the client-side part of the jupyter_renderjs_extension to the ipython_notebook software.

TODO: @klaus will help me to create a test suit for this change. If this passes, I will remove the WIP tag.
