Implement ors-amarisoft for lopcomm RU

TODO before merge:

• release slapos.toolbox to remove XXX
• update release note
• lopcomm firmware update (optional). The version in this MR doesn't support SFTP with SSH Key for downloading

1. Add lopcomm firmware auto-upgrade
2. Add netconf socket and connection check promise
3. Add more available parameters for lopcomm RU/ amarisoft
4. Add ssh service
