component/imagemagick: remove inkscape.

We were using inkscape as a SVG rasteriser. Now SVG is widely supported by web browsers and we no longer need to rasterise SVG images.

Once it is accepted, I will update ERP5 repository as well, like removing tests for SVG convertion and updating portal_transforms mapping.
