WIP: Use new API for recipes

Take up on Cédric's work related to the new SlapOS API. This MR is likely not ready as is, and might be full of awful bugs.

Updates:

• recipes to use the new API;
• tests for the recipes;
• software releases to add a new test-new-api release allowing to supply & request a software using only the new API.
