Major version up to OpenSSL 3.0, the current LTS release, instead of 1.1.1 that reached its EOL on 12th Sep 2023.
Minimal changes for OpenSSL support are backported to python-cryptography, the latest release supporting Python 2.7.
- MariaDB >= 10.5.17 supports OpenSSL 3.0. Backported to MariaDB 10.4.
- Python >= 3.7.6 supports OpenSSL 3.0. Backported to Python 2.7.
- Node.js >= 15 supports OpenSSL 3.0. Are there any components that strictly depend on Node.js < 15 ? Anyway Node.js < 18 already reached its EOL.
