Add go 1.21

Hello @kirr,

as we discussed it in https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/wendelin.core/merge_requests/22 this MR adds golang 1.21 to SlapOS and also sets it to the default version. I had to adjust some patches to let tests pass, details can be found in the patch description.
