WIP: update monitoring info

Software releases must not provide any links to a monitor app. They should only provide parameters which can be used by any monitor app: monitor-url, username, password.

Then the panel site or the end user will provide a monitor app url, and use the parameters. e.g.

• https://monitor.app.officejs.com/#/?page=entry_point{&url,username,password,query}
• https://monitor.gidzit.org/#/{?url,username,password,query}
