WIP: Add ORS Wendelin software release
This merge request adds a software release for a custom configuration of Wendelin intended for the ingestion and processing of ORS enb.xlog data into KPIs that clients may view directly on the instance.
Some adjustments to the ors-amarisoft software release are also needed: a tag has been added to the ORS xlog-fluentbit instance to uniquely identify the ORS, and the tag is published in the connection parameters for easy retrieval. This tag has been set to the SlapOS comp_id of the ORS as it is already used in the fluentbit configuration and seems reasonable as a unique identifier.
