software/ors-amarisoft: Forward eNB logs to Wendelin Telecom by default

Make the eNB instance of an ORS forward its logs to Wendelin Telecom out-of-the-box for KPI calculations:

• Add the automatic requesting of a shared instance of Wendelin Telecom to register the ORS on it. I've kept this as requestoptional to silence errors, but there would be an argument to be made to allow it to raise.
• Remove the guards that condition the setup of the forwarding fluentbit instance to the definition of the forward host address.
• Update the related instance parameters and add default values: a dedicated software release URL for requesting the Wendelin Telecom shared instance, the forward host address for fluentbit and the corresponding port.

The fluentbit-tag parameter is still published as it might be needed in cases of manual registration of the ORS.
