this backports a patch to fix golang tests after compilation. On my development instance, this worked, but I want to wait for test node to finish, and maybe add comments.
What I'm also wondering is: does it make sense to keep old golang versions that are not needed for bootstrapping and that are not used for any other software release (this includes 1.13, 1.16, 1.18 and 1.20. 1.15 is used for gitlab)? Because we always need to backport fixes to all of these releases and this may create not necessary work.
