clean msgpack component and remove useless part in wendelin

1. merge component/msgpack-python/buildout.cfg & component/msgpack-numpy/buildout.cfg to single file component/msgpack/buildout.cfg and related changes

2. remove wendelin and ipython in parts value, since are already called by egg section
