Fix golang tests on Ubuntu 24.04

Unfortunately https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/slapos/-/commit/32bcc45ce1f91411d647138f6ec6c72f6f0fedd6 wasn't enough to fix failed go tests on Ubuntu 24.04:

• golang 1.17 also needed another patch to be backported
• golang 1.21 also needed the same patch as in https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/slapos/-/commit/32bcc45ce1f91411d647138f6ec6c72f6f0fedd6 to be backported
