Update metabase and postgresql

Follow up https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/slapos/-/merge_requests/2004

To upgrade metabase instances:

• make sure to run the previous slapos version which produces posgresql logical backups and produce a dump
• update to this version and restore the dump
