Add neovim, rclone and opencode components

I just ported to slapos, since I use neovim rather them vim as general purpose (whenever theia is too slow) and I use rclone to mount remote webdav (without requires root and davfs).

For now I am using those as complement of software/ssh/software.cfg for developent.
