Add golang 124

This is needed to update wendelin.core, to fix a minor memory leak.

I ran tests here, but I am a bit confused. There are many errors like this:

monitor-globalstate-first-run: Non zero exit code (127) while running command.
While:
  Installing switch-softwaretype.
  Installing monitor-globalstate-first-run.
Error: Non zero exit code (127) while running command.

(for instance here)

While I assume that they are not related to the golang update, there are too many to be sure my patches don't break anything.
