Set message_size_limit to 100MiB for both inbound and outbound postfix services, rather than the default ~10MiB. This may be revised downward later on.
Add shell environment scripts to facilitate inspecting inbound and outbound postfix services and queues, and include the qshape script for queue state analysis.
