haproxy: http-send-name-header no longer needed

• destination server gets its own server id (see https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/erp5/commit/05fa26545570d2a1c6fb0992687d4b856d6cfc60)
• this removes complexity at the cost of respecting consistency in names
