Caddy frontend apache ca certificate

Drops apache-ca-certificate and ssl_ca_crt, as the fullchain certificate can be bundled into apache-certificate and ssl_crtrespectively.

Depends on https://lab.nexedi.com/nexedi/slapos/merge_requests/403 for reporting about obsoleted parameters.
