Apache frontend parameters docs

Here we are trying to make apache frontend parameters easier to understand, by integrating explanations from a discussion with @romain @gabriel and @cedric.leninivin and from my understanding/guessing of reading the code.

I think I am wrong in prefer-gzip-encoding-to-backend description in de9c4c71 , so please check that one.
