WIP: Palo 5.1

This is early software release of PALO OLAP + PALO ETL.

This builds a patched version with support for ipv6, but I did not have a chance to test it with excel or libreoffice plugins.

There are some support for SSL, but it does not seem to work.

Maybe ETL & OLAP must be separate softwares, but how to "link" them together ? Also, is there a way to link this PALO with ERP5 in only one slapos request ?

This also contains patches for tomcat and some new components.

Cleanup is needed, I'm thinking of squashing all the PALO commits together.
