Fix Seleniumserver on new testnodes

Merged Jérome Perrin requested to merge fix/seleniumserver-capri-testnode into master
  • a LD_LIBRARY_PATH was missing in chromium wrapper scripts
  • a promise waiting for all nodes to be registered to the hub was also missing
