General improvements, rename to Wendelin Telecom

Several considerable improvements:

• Refactor security model, which eliminates dependency on a custom wendelin branch and adheres to the Wendelin data model but introduces dependence on the catalog
• Improve item naming and readability
• Clean up obsolete/unused items

This also marks a name change for the project, from ORS Wendelin to Wendelin Telecom.
